This is just a quick glimpse of our Sunday. Brandon and I
have wanted to take Zoey to a lake for a long time now. We really wanted her to
experience swimming. She has never been in love with water but we still wanted
to make help her enjoy it. We celebrated Debbie’s birthday this weekend and she so
kindly found us a lake to take Zoey for some swimming lessons. (By the way 47
has never looked so good!) Debbie is awesome. I am so grateful to have such
great in-laws. I hear that doesn’t happen very often, but I sure did find a fun
family to be a part of!
Zoey HATED that water just like we expected. Brandon would
walk out with her and let her swim back to shore. Her face was hilarious! She looked
like she was absolutely panicking, but she was just fine. He did this multiple times with
her so she could get the hang of it. Finally, we found some ducks. She started
to get brave and would swim after the ducks but would become unsure of herself
and quickly turn back around to come to shore. It sure was darling and we had
so much fun watching her swim. We had a great time hanging out with Debbie and MaKayLa, we
always do!
And as you all should know, I am OBSESSED with my puppy. She is my favorite.
